We are getting close to our 2nd annual cook out and while you can pay on site, we would really appropriate it if you at least RSVP with Jim, so we can get a head count.

I heard that you guys where bringing hotdogs and hamburgers and buns
Lisa and I are bringing Focaccia bread, chicken wings and something else
I’ll send a text out shortly asking the others
Also everyone needs to bring their own beverages (need to check with Jim C on what we can and can’t bring into the facility)

Celia and I will be attending the Nov 9th annual cook out.
There will be two of us.
We will paid the fee by cash on arrival.
We will bring chips, dips, crackers and hamburger buns.
Should be a great time by all.
I hear that over 5,000 Hellcats have been ordered all ready.
